In this Article we will review how to Schedule a Sales Appointment for both an existing Contact in your database, as well as for a brand-new Contact in your database. Watch the 3-minute video or follow the instructions below.
Always begin with the Search tool at the top of the page. As you begin typing the Contact name, the system will automatically search for matching records.
If you see the Account listed below, click on the Account name.
Then click Schedule Sales Appointment from the Account page
If you search but do not find the Account you're looking to schedule, use the Quick Lead feature at the bottom of the page:
In the Interested In, select the Product(s) or Services the customer has asked about.
Choose the appropriate Lead Source and enter as many Contact details as possible.
Then click Save & Schedule
You will see the Sales Appointment was created successfully. Click on the words Sales Appointment in the green pop up.
At the top right of the Sales Appointment screen, click Schedule.
Use the Scheduling Calendar to select a Sales Rep and set the Date and Time for the Appointment.
Click Save in the lower-right corner when finished.
