It's important to keep all your information in one centralized location. We know that you need to store more than just the data housed in fields. Let's get familiar with how to upload files and attachments to a specific record. Attaching contractual documents, job drawings or excel spreadsheets is simple and easy using the Files menu. We will also show you how to manage all documents through the File Manager tool.
Related Files can be uploaded with the Files related list component on the right side of the Sales Appointment. You will be able to upload files using the click-path below.

Click the Upload Files button
Browse to the File you'd like to upload to the Sales Appointment. Select and upload, then click Done.
You will see a success message when the file is uploaded.
The new file will be visible from the Sales Appointment Files related list
View all Files for a specific Account
Use the File Manager tool to see all Files related to objects downstream of the Account. This is helpful when an Account has multiple Sales Appointments, Sales and Projects. There may be a multitude of documents, images or attachments that you'd like to access easily, without needing to open each record and look at the Files attached to each record individually. For this reason we've created the File Manager tool.
Navigate to the Account
Click on the File Manager tab from the Account page.
You can Filter the files by which type of Object they are attached to. To see all Files and documents, click the All button.
Below you will see an image thumbnail for any image files, and thumbnails for other types of files will also be visible here.
