GuildQuality/i360 Integration

GuildQuality is one of our sister companies within the EverPro Portfolio. GQ provides you with a great way to conduct surveys.

The GuildQuality integration lets improveit360 customers initiate automated phone, email, and text surveying of leads and customers, by sending select data from improveit 360 to GuildQuality. Surveys can be sent to Contacts in various stages of the customers lifecycle, including data from i360 Sale Opportunity, Sales Appointment, Sale, and Project objects.

Once surveyed, customers can report on satisfaction throughout the buyer journey on GuildQuality, and take action on unsatisfied customers with real-time alerts.
