The below Error will occur if your system uses Regal Voice Integration and has setup a new eLead User but not assigned the User the correct Permission Sets.
"Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: CANNOT_INSERT_UPDATE_ACTIVATE_ENTITY, i360.eLeadTriggers: execution of AfterInsert\n\ncaused by: System.DmlException: Upsert failed. First exception on row 0 with id 0018c00002J2g8dAAB; first error: CANNOT_INSERT_UPDATE_ACTIVATE_ENTITY, regal_voice.AccountTrigger: execution of BeforeUpdate\n\ncaused by: System.QueryException: Insufficient permissions: secure query included inaccessible field\n\n(regal_voice): []\n\n(i360): []"
The customer should already have a Cloned Regal Voice Integration Permission Set in their system from their initial Regal setup.
Go to Setup
Go to Sites
Choose the Endpoint for the lead provider experiencing the error.
Then go to Public Access Settings:
Then Click Assigned Users
Next select the eLead User for this specific Site profile.
In the Permission Set Assignments, click Edit Assignments
Be sure to add the Regal Voice Integration Admin Permission Set to this User.
If your system already has the Regal Voice Integration, then you should already have the three Cloned Regal Voice Permission Sets.
You'll need to assign this Permission Set to the Site Guest User for every eLead integration in your improveit 360 system.
