The Gantt chart just got a major upgrade—Project Activities are now fully integrated into the visual timeline. To watch a video of the Gantt chart, see: i360 Production App with Gantt chart
Here’s what’s new and what you can do...
Project Activities Now Display in Gantt
You’ll now see Project Activities nested under each Project in the Gantt tab of Project Home.
Data Grid Columns (for each Project Activity):
| Column Name | Represents |
|---|---|
| Name | Project Activity Name |
| Start | Project Activity Start Date |
| Duration | Duration (Working Days) |
| Assigned Staff | Assigned To |
| % Completion | Project Activity Completion (%) |
| Status | Project Activity Status |
| Health | Project Activity Health |
🔧 Bug Fix: If a Project had a duration of 0 days, the Completion (%) field previously showed blank—this now correctly displays as 0%.
Edit Project Activities Directly in Gantt
Double click any Project Activity in the Gantt chart to open the edit panel. Edits are organized into three tabs, each with its own field group:
1. General (Field Set: Gantt Edit - General)

2. Dates & Hours (Field Set: Gantt Edit - Dates)

Gantt Tab on Project Record Page
A new Gantt tab has been added directly to the Project record page.

The theme matches your app settings, even if changed
Data Grid: Enabled by default
App View: Disabled by default
View and Manage Dependencies
Project Activities now show dependency lines based on the Step Dependency field.
Dependency Features:
Hover displays: From → To Activity Names
Create, edit, and delete dependencies (with proper permissions)
-
System determines direction:
"From" = earlier Start Date
"To" = later Start Date
Validation prevents invalid links (e.g., can’t cross Projects)
Tooltip appears for unscheduled Activities
Quick Access to Records
Right-click any row in the data grid or Gantt task to quickly view the full Project or Project Activity record.
