We’re excited to introduce a host of new features, enhancements, and performance improvements in version 1.37. This update includes powerful new tools for scheduling, better automation, new customization options, and more ways to streamline your daily operations including Project Activities in the Gantt.
What's New & Improved
Project Activities in Gantt View
The Gantt chart just got a major upgrade—Project Activities are now fully integrated into the visual timeline. To find out more of the Gantt chart, see: Project Activities - Gantt
Event Enhancements
You can now add Attendees (Staff with User records) to Events.

Events now appear on the Staff Calendar and Scheduling Calendar for:
The “Assigned To” user
Any “Attendees”
The “Related To” Staff (when applicable)
New “Attendees” field added to the Event layout.
Events declined by attendees are no longer shown on Staff Calendars.
Improved Managed Flows
We've refactored the following flows for greater efficiency:

Product Categories on Project Activity
A new multi-select picklist for Product Categories is now available on Project Activity.

Quote Template – Clone Template Quick Action
You can now quickly duplicate Quote Templates with a new “Clone Template” button:
Clones the current Quote Template and all related items
Displays a success toast
Redirects to the newly created template
Uses the naming format:
Copy of [Original Name](truncated if over 80 characters)
eLead to Customer Conversion
When an eLead is converted, the associated Account Record Type is now automatically set to “Customer.”
Project Activity Task Automation
Automation is now available for Project Activity Tasks and requires the newest Production schema, controlled by a new Trigger Setting:
Setting Name:
Create Tasks for Project Activities
(default: off)
On Insert:

Creates a Task when:
Project Activity is not schedulable
Assigned To is an active User
Start Date/Time is set
On Update:
Completed? → Task marked as Completed with date
Canceled? → Task status: "Canceled Project Activity"
On Hold? → Task status: "On Hold Project Activity"
Additional Functionality:
Automatically syncs updates between Project Activity and Task (name, start date, assigned user, description)
Deletes Task if required fields become invalid
Auto-creates a Task if missing but all criteria are met
PDF Merge Field Bug Fix
PDF generation now only pulls merge fields that are used in HTML templates—fixing performance and accuracy issues.
Quick Lead Buttons – Visibility Control
New custom settings let you control visibility of:
“Save & Schedule”
“Save & Create Sale”
Toggle these via the new Interface Settings.

Contact Email and Comments are now included in the Vendo Appointment creation call.
Comments field now maps to the Sales Appointment on result callback.
Staff Color Picker – Feature Overview
We’ve added a new Calendar Color component to the Staff record page to make staff color selection more intuitive and visually informative.
What’s New?
A color picker is now available on the Staff record under the "Calendar Color" section. This allows users to assign a unique color to each staff member for calendar visibility.
Key Features
Color Selection & Saving
Select a color using the built-in color picker.
Click Save to apply the selected color to the
Calendar_Color__cfield on the staff record.
Validation & Error Handling
If the selected color is invalid, an error message will appear below the color picker.
The color will not be saved until corrected.
Reset Behavior
The Reset button reverts the color picker to the last saved color.
Reset is disabled if no changes have been made.
Save Button Logic

Save is disabled if:
The color has not been changed.
The color field is blank.
Live Preview
A preview bubble sits below the color picker and shows how the selected color will look when used as a background color.
The font color inside the preview adjusts automatically for readability based on the brightness of the chosen color.

The same color and brightness logic will be applied to:

The Scheduling Calendar
Note: This functionality is planned for release in early next year.

Quick Action Picklist Bug Fix: Resolved issue with multi-select picklists in Quick Actions
Sale Items and Quote Items Quick Action: On the “Create Sale Item” and “Create Quote Item” quick actions, inserting a 0 value for the Unit Price or Quantity has been updates ensuring it behaves the same as the record pages.
