Ensure that your staff is using improveit 360 to its fullest potential by assigning critical system inputs to your staff. You might even want to print this out and hang it up in your office while your team is getting accustomed to using your new system.
If someone leaves the company, be sure another person has been tasked with entering the critical data points necessary to optimize your CRM and ensure that a lead never slips through the cracks!
