Product Release Notes – Version 1.42 (Spring 2026)
This release introduces improvements across Account management, Marketing Status tracking, new page layouts & Lightning record pages, scheduling visibility, data quality controls, and automation reliability. Several usability updates and bug fixes are also included to support daily workflows. Technical Release Notes
Marketing Status Framework (New)
A standardized Account Marketing Status framework has been introduced to keep Accounts aligned with lifecycle activity such as inquiries, sales appointments, sales opportunities, and sales.
What this enables
- Consistent lifecycle tracking across Accounts
- Improved segmentation for marketing automation
- Better visibility into customer progression
- Configurable Marketing Status Rules for automation alignment

New Account List Views for Marketing Status
To improve filtering and reporting, the following list views are now available on Accounts:
- Confirmed
- Dead
- New eLeads
- New Leads
- No Marketing Status
- Past Customers
- Pending Confirmation
- Rehash
- Reset
The Marketing Status column has also been added to the All Accounts list view.
Account Merge Quick Action (New)
Users can now merge two or three Accounts directly from the Account list view.
During the merge process, users can:
- Select which values to retain
- Combine related attachments
- Merge Notes and Activities
- Preserve Tasks and Events
Merged records are consolidated under a single Parent Account.
New Lightning Record Pages and Page Layouts
Over the past few years, we’ve significantly expanded our managed package. This includes new fields, deeper relationships, and additional automation designed to support more complex and flexible workflows. While these enhancements added powerful capabilities, the interface has not evolved at the same pace.
As a result, some pages have become cluttered, include outdated or rarely used fields, and no longer reflect how teams actually work day to day. We are focused on closing that gap.
Some Lightning Record Pages in these releases use conditional visibility and dynamic components. If the page is not activated for the correct App and Profile combination, users may not see the updated experience.

Create Contact Quick Action (New)
A new Create Contact quick action replaces the native Salesforce New Contact action.
Benefits

- Allows use of custom fields
- Allows use of package fields
- Ensures layout consistency across Contact creation
Sales Appointment Cancellation Email Validation
A validation rule now prevents cancellation emails from being sent unless the appointment is marked canceled.
Error message
“You can only send a cancellation email if the appointment is marked as canceled.”
This improves communication accuracy and prevents unintended notifications.
Product Material Active Field (New)
An Active checkbox has been added to the Product Material object.
Behavior
- Defaults to TRUE for new materials
- Visible in Compact Layout and Page Layout
- Displayed during material assignment on Product records
- Only active materials generate Job Material records when creating Quote Items
Historical data remains unchanged.
Staff Calendar Scheduling Filter (Enhancement)
A new checkbox filter allows users to hide non-schedulable Project Activities from the Staff Calendar.
Location:
Filter Calendar Items → Hide Non-Schedulable Project Activities
Default setting: unchecked
Event Deletion Support in Flows (Enhancement)
A new global invocable Apex method allows Flows to delete Events even when the running user is not the owner or higher in the role hierarchy.
This resolves automation limitations caused by Salesforce permission restrictions.
Sales Appointment Assignment Status Fix (Bug Fix)
The assignment detection logic in the Sales Appointment Status Detail flow has been corrected.
The flow now evaluates:
- Sales_Rep_1__c
- Sales_Rep_2__c
instead of relying on Assigned_On__c, which previously executed after the flow in Salesforce’s order of execution.
eLead Conversion Validation Fix (Bug Fix)
Resolved an issue where duplicate rules triggered validation errors during eLead conversion when matching non-primary Contacts.
Lead Source Merge (New)
Users can now merge duplicate Lead Source records.
The merge process:
- Preserves existing data
- Reassigns related records
- Prevents reporting inconsistencies
- Maintains Sales Opportunities and Sales Appointment relationships

Automatic “Set Appointment” Task Creation for Inquiries
Automation now creates a Set Appointment Task when an Inquiry is created for Accounts not marked Not Qualified.
Task details:
- Type: Set Appointment
- Assigned To: Inquiry Owner
- Related To: Inquiry
- Name: Contact
- Status: Not Started
- Subject: Set Appointment – Account Name
Controlled by trigger setting:
Create Set Appointment Tasks – Inquiry (default: FALSE)
Prevent Sales Opportunities for Not Qualified Accounts
A validation rule now blocks creation of Sales Opportunities when the related Account is marked Not Qualified.
This helps maintain pipeline accuracy.
Staff Calendar Improvements (Enhancements + Fixes)
Updates include:
- Ability to modify Staff Calendar Event Tile field sets without errors
- Hover display improvements
- New Assigned To formula field for cleaner display formatting
Estimator Integration Comments Fix
Comments from integrations such as:
- OneClick
- Sales Pro
- Vendo
are now appended instead of overwritten. Each entry also includes its source label.
Example:
“Vendo: Customer requested a morning appointment”
Loan and Quote Item Resulting Flow Fix
Resolved an error occurring when the resulting flow processed more than 50,000 Loan or Quote Item records.
Sales Tax Rate - Update Sale Trigger and Project Price Description and Help Text
Added automation to automatically update the Project Price when the Sale’s Sales Tax Rate changes, so taxable items always use the correct tax rate.
Updated the Project Price field help text and description
Project Activity Predecessor Status Field (New)
A new formula field improves:
- Reporting
- automation logic
- list view filtering
- UI clarity
for Project Activity dependencies.

Lightning UI Updates for SLDS 2 and Dark Mode
All LWC and Aura components were reviewed and updated to ensure compatibility with:
- SLDS 2 styling
- Dark Mode display
Visual inconsistencies and styling conflicts were corrected.
Enable Dark Mode for the Org (Make It Available)
Dark mode must be enabled in User Interface Settings first.
Steps
- Go to Setup
- Search: User Interface
- Open User Interface
- Enable:
Enable Dark Mode (Lightning Experience)
- Save
This makes dark mode selectable by users.
Enable Dark Mode for a Specific User
After the org-level setting is enabled:

- Click Avatar (top-right corner)
- Select Appearance
- Choose:
Dark Mode
Optional:
- Match System Setting
- Light Mode
- Dark Mode
Selection applies immediately.
