Follow along to set the Organization Wide Email Address for your system. When automated emails are sent, the system will need a designated Email account where all emails appear to come from. This will also be the "Reply To" email address if a Contact or Staff member replies to the automated email.
Note: The Organization Wide Email Address MUST be a real email address that can be verified.
Only Administrator Users will be able to set Organization Wide Email Addresses.

Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen and click on Setup
Go to the Organization-Wide Addresses menu:
If there are no Email addresses defined, click the Add button.
Enter the name you'd like to be displayed in the recipient's inbox.
Note: You will need to check the email inbox and click a hyperlink in order to Verify the email address.
The email will look something like this:
Once you have clicked the hyperlink, you should see a message that the Address is now Verified.
If you refresh the Organization Wide Email Addresses page, you'll see the email has been Verified.
