Change Internal System Logo – Lightning Platform

In the upper-left corner of the improveit 360 App you'll see the improveit 360 Logo. This Article covers how to change this Logo and display your company's logo or a logo of your choice by default for the entire system, or you can choose a custom logo for each App within the system.

First, here is what the logo looks like out of the box:

Here is what a custom logo can look like:

Note: Only System Administrator Users will have access to Edit App Settings, Themes and Branding to change this logo.

First, click the gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen

Navigate to the Setup menu

Use the QuickFind and search for Themes and Branding and navigate to the Themes and Branding menu

Here you'll create a new Theme and choose the colors and logo for your system.

Click into the Brand Image preview window to change the logo displayed in the upper-left corner of the system.

Adjust your Page colors, Background image and default avatar as desired on this page:

When finished making changes, Save your new Custom Theme.

Use Preview to see what your Theme will look like. From the Preview you can make changes and click Preview again to see your changes take effect. When you're ready, Activate your Theme and it will become the default theme for your Users.

Now, when we go to the App Launcher menu (the nine dots in the upper-left) we will see the Custom Logo regardless of which App we are currently using.
