Most improveit 360 customers will want to have Salesforce Events created for all Sales Appointments and Project Activities. This will allow the use of the Salesforce native Calendar as well as third-party calendar integrations which query Salesforce Events. Note: Project Activities which are not marked as "Schedulable" will also have Events created for them, when this setting is enabled.
Navigate to Setup
In the Quick Find locate the Custom Settings menu and go to Custom Settings
Navigate to Trigger Settings and click Manage
Next click Edit
Be sure both checkboxes are True.
Click Save
This will ensure that any third-party Calendar integrations will see the Events representing improveit 360 Sales Appointments and Project Activities.
