Only System Administrator users will be able to make changes to the Record Pages within your improveit 360 system.
First, navigate to the Page in which your team needs to be able to access the File Manager tool.
Click on the gear icon, and choose Edit Page
This will launch the Lightning App Builder tool
Next click onto the page preview, in the location where you'd like to place the File Manager Tab.
Next, on the right side of the screen in the Tabs menu, click Add Tab
By default, the Tab will be labeled "Details" click on the Tab to edit the Label:
Choose a Tab Label of Custom and enter the name: File Manager
Then click Done
The new Tab should look something like this:
Next, on the page preview, select the File Manager Tab you've just created:
Then Drag and Drop the File Manager tool from the Custom Managed Components on the left side of the screen, onto the new Tab you've created:
You should see a preview of the File Manager tool in the Tab.
Next click Save in the upper-right corner.
Next, navigate to a record using this Record Page and try out the File Manager.
Troubleshooting File Manager
Using the File Manager requires your User Profile to have Apex Class Access to the following two (2) Apex Classes:
- i360core.FileManagerController
- i360core.FileManagerControllerTest
Go to the Profiles menu
Click on the Profile which needs access to the File Manager
Click on Apex Class Access
Be sure the Profile has these two Classes Enabled.
