Turn Off Task and Event Notifications

Out of the box Salesforce will send Users an Email notification when they have been assigned a Task or Event within improveit 360. These emails can often be redundant and a burden on a User's email inbox. Each User will need to disable these notifications for their specific User. 

In the upper right corner click on your User icon and then click Settings

Go to Activity Reminders 

Uncheck the "Email me when someone assigns me a task" checkbox
