How to disable automatic BCC when sending emails

By default, when you send an email manually from the Activities tab on Objects throughout the system, you will be BCC. If your team sends lots of ad hoc emails, you may want to disable this feature.

Each User must disable this setting from their Settings. Administrators may also log in as the User to disable this setting for them.

To disable automatic BCC, navigate to your profile picture in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Then, click "Settings"

Select the "Email" dropdown then click "My Email Settings" 

Would you like to automatically BCC emails to your return address? Select "No" and click "Save" at the bottom of the screen.
