NOTE: Cannot be used with multi-Time Zone organizations. If your Users are in different Time Zones, this integration is not supported. 

Calendly Integration Pricing: This integration requires a one-time fee of $1500.

Additional Pricing: Using the Round Robin scheduling feature requires that each Sales Rep in your organization has their own license to Calendly and they are part of your organization's Calendly Team account. This may mean you need to purchase additional licenses of Calendly to ensure all of your Sales Rep's calendars are shared and accessible through Calendly. 

Integration Disclaimers:

1. CRITICAL – prevent users from Canceling or Rescheduling. This Flow customization does not support Canceling or Rescheduling Events from Calendly. Once the Appointment is scheduled, the Prospect will need to call in to Cancel or Reschedule (or use a different notification method, like Texting, to notify the office that they need to reschedule).  
2. You will need to set this checkbox to False for every type of Calendly Event you create. This setting can be found under the Notifications and Cancellation Policy.
3. Calendly provides an installed package which improveit 360 will configure the package based on the needs of the improveit 360 object schema.
