This Article covers what is included with the basic Text Messaging setup, as well as pricing for additional text messaging automation, and texting bundles. Keep in mind, text messages are billed based on Text Segments.
Two-way Text messaging (without any automated texts) is available for a one-time Setup fee of $500. Standard monthly text messaging rates apply. The following out of the box Templates can be used manually from the Texting Component.
Automation can be created to send text messages based on specific actions within the system. Each unique action and the automation which triggers a Text message is setup for $300 each or 5 unique action triggered texts for $1,200. Below are examples of automated Text messages used by other improveit 360 customers.
